• Preparation of prospectus and investment statements and other Securities Act issues
• Advising on legal questions relating to financing products and the relevant legislation (in partuclar the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 and the Credit Contacts and Consumer Finance Act 2003)

The team takes pride in its ability to deal with transactions within short timeframes and has file management systems that enable it to handle and keep track of large volumes of files so that our clients can know at the drop of a hat the status of any particular file. Regular reporting to our clients is a vital aspect of service delivery in this area and we ensure proactive communication at all times.
