Harmans offers a range of alternative dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration services.  The leader of our employment law team, Graeme Riach, is a LEADR-accredited mediator, skilled in negotiation techniques.  With over 20 years in the employment field, he has conducted countless mediations as Counsel for both employers and employees.  He has also taken cases as far as the Court of Appeal on the (rare) occasions that the case is not resolved beforehand.
