Jeremy Daley

Partner LLB

Jeremy has been a partner at Harmans since 1990.  He leads the family law team and specialises in the division of matrimonial and de facto property, as well as custody access and guardianship issues.

A member of the Canterbury District Law Society Family Law Committee from 2001 to 2003, Jeremy is currently on the Executive of the New Zealand Law Society Continuing Legal Education Committee.  He has been Counsel for the child since 1998.

Jeremy has experience in ACC matters and Broadcasting Standards Authority cases.

He spends his spare time playing tennis and squash, teaching and coaching his children's sports, and gardening.
