Margaret Lister
 Associate LLB (Hons)
Margaret has been with Harmans since January 2004 and became an associate in 2008.
With many years of experience running successful small businesses both in New Zealand and overseas as well as raising a family before joining the legal profession, Margaret is able to relate the law to everyday people and, with her business experience, has a vaulable amount of commercial pragmatism. Her areas of expertise include commercial and property law, as well as trusts, estate planning and wills.
In her spare time, Margaret is often found renovating and gardening at home, and she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
