Franchise Association of New Zealand
The Franchise Association of New Zealand Inc. is the body which represents the franchising community at government and other industry forums. Harmans is pleased to be a member of the assocation and is committed to observing the objectives of the association.
The Motel Association represents self contained motels and apartment complexes throughout New Zealand. Harmans partners Seaton Read and Mark Sherry act for a significant number of clients in this sector and Harmans is pleased to be a member of MANZ.
The Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society aims to provide the public with up to date information about property law issues and to provide easy access to property lawyers. Harmans is one of Canterbury's foremost conveyancing firms and is pleased to be a member of the Property Law Section.
The Property Council is New Zealand's property voice, representing the interests of commercial, industrial, retail, property funds and multi-unit residential property owners, managers and investors. Harmans acts for a significant number of investors, developers and property traders and is pleased to be a member of the Property Council. Harmans partner, Alan Prescott is Vice-President of the South Island branch of the Property Council.
