The role

We have a full-time position available in our administration team for a Legal Receptionist / Office Assistant. If you want variety, this position has it! It includes office administration tasks in the morning and reception tasks in the afternoon. A full position description is available on request.

About you

Prior reception and legal experience would be advantageous. Otherwise, those with excellent administration skills in a similar role will be considered.

Applicants should have the following attributes:

  • Well-spoken with a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • A friendly and bright personality
  • A professional and smart appearance
  • The ability to quickly pick up basic skills in our legal software
