Well now you can have it! A rare part-time opportunity has become available in our Administration Team for an experienced Trust Accountant.
The hours associated with this role will be Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (sometimes until 5.30pm depending on workload). You will be required to cover the sick leave and annual leave of the other Trust Accountant in the team from time-to-time, so flexibility is a must.
You will be required to do all the processing necessary to run and balance the firm’s trust account, which includes all payments, receipts, write-offs and journals, bill processing, term deposits, bank reconciliation, month-end and more.
Ideally you will have had previous experience in a similar legal trust account administration role, using InfinityLaw.
You will be familiar with AML, FATCA/CRS, NZLS Client Care and Trust Account Guidelines, and have a high level of accuracy and data entry speed.
A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous, however training can be provided for the right individual.
