Nalini is an experienced Lawyer whose practice focuses on Trust Law and particularly advising and assisting our clients with the administration and management of their trusts, succession planning and personal affairs. Nalini is part of (and has a strong background in) the Commercial and Residential Property Team and has advised numerous commercial, private and organisational clients over the years.
Nalini joined Harmans in 2003, after beginning her legal career in Wellington. She completed her academic training at the University of Canterbury, studying Geography and Management alongside the Law.
She is Chair of the City Mission Board, A Trustee of the City Mission Foundation and a Trustee of the Anglican Care Trust Board.
Nalini is also a Lay Member of the New Zealand Psychologists Board, a Ministerial Appointment under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act.
