Sue joined Harmans in 2004 after working for another law firm in Christchurch, having emigrated from the UK in 2001. In England, Sue had amassed some 23 years’ experience as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, with the West Sussex firm of Bennett Griffin & Partners.
Sue now has over 37 years’ experience in the law, specialising in residential conveyancing and associated legal matters. After the Canterbury earthquakes, she gained experience in assisting clients whose properties were within the Christchurch Red Zone including sales to the Crown and negotiation with insurance companies.
Sue believes that buying and selling a property should be an enjoyable experience and strives to alleviate any concerns or worries which can arise during the transaction. She will keep you fully informed and will ensure that the work is completed professionally and efficiently.
